Role Description The PE PNG Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing PNG (piped natural gas) project execution and field operations. Day-to-day tasks include planning and supervising installation activities, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, monitoring work quality and safety compliance, and ensuring adherence to technical standards and project timelines. The supervisor will manage on-site workforce, track material usage, maintain documentation and progress reports, and support inspections and audits. The role also involves liaising with clients, vendors, and internal departments to resolve operational issues, optimize resources, and achieve project milestones within budget and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Ability to supervise field operations, coordinate project activities, and manage on-site teams for PNG installations.
- Strong understanding of piped natural gas systems, construction methodologies, safety norms, and relevant industry standards.
- Proficiency in project tracking, documentation, reporting, and use of basic MS Office or project management tools.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving capability, attention to detail, and commitment to safe, compliant, and high-quality work.
- Diploma or degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Prior experience in PNG, gas distribution, utilities, or infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram, conduct regular field visits, and adapt to project schedules.
