Role Description The AI Retoucher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The AI Retoucher will refine and enhance product visuals generated through AI tools, ensuring images are accurate, high-quality, and aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include detailed photo retouching, color correction, background clean-up, and visual consistency across images, as well as collaborating with creative and product teams to interpret briefs and apply feedback. The role involves using image editing software and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency, maintaining visual standards for multiple ecommerce platforms, and preparing assets for use across web, mobile, and marketing channels. The AI Retoucher is expected to stay updated on visual trends and best practices in ecommerce imagery to help elevate Dresma’s content output.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Image Editing and Photo Retouching using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent).
- Experience in Creative Direction and Graphics to interpret brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual style.
- Foundational knowledge of Photography, including lighting, composition, and product-focused shoots.
- Ability to work with AI-powered visual tools and adapt workflows to evolving technology.
- Attention to detail, strong visual judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and product teams.
- Prior experience in ecommerce, fashion, retail, or product imagery is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in design, visual arts, photography, or a related field is preferred.
