Requirements:
2–6 years of relevant bakery/pastry experience
Strong knowledge of breads, viennoiserie, cakes, desserts & pastries
Bakery/Patisserie diploma or relevant professional training preferred
Good understanding of hygiene, food safety and kitchen operations
Passionate, creative and willing to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a professional production kitchen
