Role Description This is a full-time, paid internship role in Pharma Talent Acquisition (HR), based on-site in Mumbai. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities for pharmaceutical roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job openings on relevant platforms, and assisting with campus outreach or fresher hiring initiatives. The intern will also help with HR documentation, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Freshers currently pursuing B.Pharm or B.Sc. degrees are welcome, and the internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹4,000.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing B.Pharm or B.Sc. (preferably in life sciences or related fields), with a strong interest in HR and talent acquisition.
- Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and willingness to learn about various therapy areas and job roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment activities and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort with using computers, MS Office tools, and online job platforms or social media for candidate sourcing.
- Attention to detail and a professional, ethical approach to handling candidate information and HR processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai on a full-time schedule and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Prior internship or project exposure in HR, recruitment, or healthcare (if any) is an added advantage but not mandatory.
