Role Description The Packaging & Product Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position focuses on designing and developing packaging concepts that are safe, child-friendly, and aligned with Panda’s Box brand aesthetics and cultural values. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product, design, and operations teams to create packaging structures, selecting materials, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing sampling and production. The role also involves conducting research on packaging trends and regulations, maintaining quality standards through testing and inspection, and optimizing packaging for durability, sustainability, and cost efficiency. The Executive will support continuous improvement by documenting specifications, resolving packaging-related issues, and ensuring timely delivery of packaging for new and existing products.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Packaging Design to create functional, appealing, and child-safe packaging solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packaging Engineering to develop structural designs, select appropriate materials, and ensure feasibility for mass production.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to inspect packaging, monitor standards, and support compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Research to explore new materials, sustainable options, and industry best practices, and to benchmark against global packaging trends.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Packaging Technology, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience working with FMCG, toys, child-focused products, or consumer goods packaging is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors are preferred.
