Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of International Outbound Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, KPIs, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct real-time coaching, call monitoring, and performance feedback sessions.
- Drive outbound sales campaigns across US, UK, Canada, and other English-speaking markets.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Support seller onboarding and activation through consultative sales conversations.
- Maintain quality standards, SLAs, compliance, and process adherence.
- Manage shift operations and ensure smooth day-to-day team performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records using Zendesk and internal sales platforms.
Required Skills & Experience- 1–3 years of experience managing International Outbound Sales or Inside Sales teams.
- Prior experience in International BPO, Voice Process, or Outbound Telesales.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Zendesk preferred).
- Familiarity with Calendly and other sales productivity tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to reporting and data accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
Working Hours- Monday – Friday
- Rotational shifts supporting Global Markets
- Primarily UK/AU Shift
- 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST
