🚨 Hiring: Team Leader – Sales Process | BPO | Mumbai
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader in a Sales/BPO process
💰 CTC: ₹35,000/month
🎯 Performance Incentive: ₹15,000–₹20,000
⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiner – Must be able to join by Monday
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate a team of sales executives in a BPO environment.
* Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Monitor KPIs such as Sales Conversion, AHT, Productivity, and Quality.
* Conduct team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews.
* Identify performance gaps and implement action plans.
* Ensure process adherence, productivity, and quality standards.
* Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience in a Sales BPO/Contact Center process.
* Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Good understanding of BPO operations and sales KPIs.
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
* Immediate joiners who can join by Monday are preferred.
