Role Description This full-time, on-site Outbound Caller role for an international process is based in Kolkata and involves working night shifts. The position focuses on making outbound calls to international clients and prospects to introduce company services, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales and technical teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include following defined call scripts, maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, and meeting daily and weekly call and conversion targets. The role also involves handling basic queries, sharing relevant information about multi-cloud and engineering services, and escalating complex questions to appropriate team members. Collaboration with supervisors and colleagues to refine calling strategies and improve customer engagement is an important part of this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills in English and clear telephone etiquette for international calling.
- Candidates should possess skills in customer interaction, relationship-building, and handling objections or rejections professionally.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including experience using CRM tools, call tracking software, and office productivity applications.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to manage call volumes, maintain logs, and meet performance targets.
- Candidates should possess adaptability and willingness to work night shifts in an international outbound calling environment.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, BPO, telemarketing, or customer service in an international process is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communication, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
