About Us:
BharatNXT is a business payments platform on a mission to transform how Indian MSMEs manage their working capital. By enabling credit cards for business payments, we unlock liquidity and growth potential for entrepreneurs across the country. With a growing user base and robust product roadmap, we’re now setting our sights on building a high-conversion, high-traffic website from scratch.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Organic Growth Lead to drive our full-funnel growth engine. It’s a rare opportunity to own BharatNXT’s entire organic discovery, credibility, and conversion strategy, from web to app, from search to social. From building high-intent feeder pages to drive virality through UGC and referral loops—you will be the architect of our long-term, compounding growth.
You’ll work closely with content, product, tech, and marketing teams to create sustainable, high-ROI, low-CAC growth that compounds over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Conversion-Led Strategy
- Build and scale a keyword-led content engine, optimized for both discovery and business conversion.
- Leverage LLM behavior (GEO, AEO, SEO) to stay ahead of AI discovery trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to make landing pages CRO-friendly while preserving SEO hygiene.
- Maintain and update a content playbook to align writers, designers, and AI discovery direction.
Own Full-Funnel Organic Growth
- Build and execute the complete Organic growth roadmap from audits and keyword research to on-page and backlink strategy.
- Develop resource pages and feeder content that tap into high-intent searches and drive long-tail discovery.
- Optimize for ASO to drive organic installs across Play Store and App Store.
- Track performance using GA4, GSC, Hotjar, Clarity, and similar tools; build dashboards for traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics.
Expand Organic Channels Beyond SEO
- Conceptualize and execute webinars, seminars, and podcasts to position BharatNXT as a thought leader.
- Launch and manage testimonial loops, referral programs, and UGC campaigns to fuel trust and virality.
- Build a credible social media presence through organic LinkedIn, YouTube SEO, Twitter/X, etc.
- Drive organic PR efforts with financial/SME publications to boost visibility and backlinks.
- Lead ASO optimization strategies to improve BharatNXT’s discoverability and conversion on app stores.
Requirements:
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Organic Growth across, but not limited to SEO, ASO, and content-led acquisition.
- Proven track record of scaling traffic and improving conversions through organic efforts.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge crawling/indexing, schema, CWV, and AI SEO.
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, Hotjar, Clarity.
- Familiarity with LLM and AI-powered search trends (GEO, AEO, AI snippet optimization).
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
Why This Role is Exciting:
- You’ll be the founding Organic Growth hire - full ownership, high visibility, zero legacy baggage.
- Freedom to experiment with AI, community, content, and virality to crack organic GTM.
- Play a central role in shaping BharatNXT’s brand visibility, user trust, and inbound demand.
- Directly influence key business metrics - transactions, leads, app installs, and more.
Why Join Us?
- Build something from scratch that millions have discovered and will continue to use.
- Work alongside a passionate, high-ownership team solving real problems for Indian MSMEs.
- Flexible working hours with hybrid options.
- Competitive compensation, plus the opportunity to grow with the business.
