About JaieyKaar World Inc.
JaieyKaar World Inc. is a premier, full-funnel performance marketing and growth engineering agency headquartered in California, USA. We specialize in cross-border revenue scaling for high-growth brands across the United States, United Kingdom, and international markets.
Our operations combine full-funnel customer acquisition systems, deep enterprise omni-channel infrastructure, and RankGarage AI; our proprietary organic intelligence framework designed to activate Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) discovery across next-generation search ecosystems.
Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional, data-driven Performance & Growth Marketing Lead to own, architect, and scale multi-channel acquisition funnels and organic discovery engines across our global client portfolio (spanning D2C, B2B, E-Commerce, and SaaS sectors).
In this leadership role, you will bridge the gap between high-velocity paid performance media, modern CRM/lifecycle automation, and Next-Gen search systems. You will work closely with client founders, CEOs, and executive boards to translate aggressive business goals into predictable, multi-million-dollar revenue funnels.
Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Border Performance & Paid Acquisition
- Architect, launch, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), LinkedIn, and emerging performance networks for US, UK, and cross-border accounts.
- Own end-to-end unit economics: CAC, blended ROAS, LTV:CAC ratios, payback periods, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across diverse markets.
- Conduct continuous A/B multivariate experimentation on creatives, ad copy, angles, landing page architectures, and post-click offer funnels.
Funnel Architecture & Lifecycle Marketing (CRM)
- Design and oversee automated CRM lifecycle infrastructure (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications) using modern platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, WebEngage, PostHog).
- Map and optimize the full user journey: from cold discovery to conversion, onboarding, upsell/cross-sell, and churn mitigation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Executive Advisory
- Collaborate closely with in-house software engineering and data teams to ensure seamless event tracking, server-side attribution (CAPI), and custom analytics pipelines.
- Serve as a senior strategic partner to client leadership (Founders, CEOs, CMOs), presenting performance dashboards, cohort retention models, and growth roadmaps.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven Track Record: 6–10+ years of demonstrable hands-on experience driving scalable, multi-million-dollar revenue funnels across D2C, E-Commerce, SaaS, and B2B sectors.
- Geographic Market Experience: Proven background in managing campaigns specifically targeting US and UK consumer or enterprise audiences, with an understanding of regional compliance, ad psychology, and cross-border conversion dynamics.
- Technical & Analytics Fluency: Advanced proficiency in GA4, PostHog, Looker Studio, Meta Events Manager / Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, and modern CRM stacks.
- Strategic & Communication Skills: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to articulate complex performance metrics clearly to stakeholders and technical teams alike.
- Remote Discipline: Demonstrated self-management and operational rigor in a remote environment, adhering to time-logging transparency via Hubstaff and collaborative sprint methodologies.
Engagement Terms & Benefits
- Fixed Annual Compensation: ₹25-40 LPA settled via direct international wire transfer.
- Fee Protection: All international transmission, correspondent, and wire routing charges covered by the agency under SWIFT charge code OUR.
- Flexible Global Exposure: High-impact leadership mandate collaborating with enterprise clients across California, London, and international tech hubs.
- Modern Tooling: Full access to cutting-edge AI frameworks, proprietary tools (RankGarage AI), and paid testing budgets.
