Location: Darbhanga, Bihar
MLIT 18 Technology is building one of India's leading Physical AI companies, developing Computer Vision and Robotics solutions for Railways, Metro, Steel, Cement, Mining, and other industrial sectors.
We are establishing our Industrial AI Data Centre in Darbhanga to build high-quality industrial datasets that power next-generation AI models. We are looking for an energetic and responsible Operations & People Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our new centre and build a high-performing AI annotation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the Darbhanga office.
- Manage attendance, shift planning, leave, and employee engagement.
- Foster a positive, safe, and professional workplace culture.
- Coordinate training programs and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor productivity, discipline, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the AI and engineering teams to support annotation projects.
- Oversee office administration, vendors, facilities, and assets.
- Prepare weekly operational reports and workforce dashboards.
Desired Profile
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Operations, HR, Administration, BPO/KPO, Banking Operations, Education, Manufacturing, or similar fields.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- High level of ownership, integrity, and professionalism.
- Comfortable working with technology-driven teams.
- Ability to build and scale a new operation from the ground up.
What You'll Build
This is not a routine administration role.
You will play a key role in establishing MLIT 18's Industrial AI Data Centre in Darbhanga and creating employment opportunities for local women while supporting the development of advanced AI solutions used in critical industrial applications across India.
