Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows across customer communication, production, inventory, and order fulfillment. The Operations Executive will coordinate with customers internal teams and external partners to maintain timelines, quality standards, and smooth supply chain processes. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, analyzing data to improve efficiency, preparing reports, and implementing process improvements aligned with the brand’s sustainability and quality goals. The role also includes addressing operational issues, supporting strategic initiatives, maintaining contact with incoming leads coming through marketing to track and manage their stages.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily processes and improve efficiency.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Candidates should possess excellent soft skills Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners and incoming leads from marketing .
- Relevant experience in retail, jewelry, fashion, or consumer goods operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in productivity tools and basic data analysis software is an advantage.
