OT Manager – MGM Seven-Hills Hospitals, Visakhapatnam
MGM Healthcare is looking for an experienced OT Manager to lead Operation Theatre operations and drive clinical excellence, patient safety, team performance and operational efficiency.
* Lead OT operations, scheduling & utilization
* Drive infection control, patient safety & NABH compliance
* Partner with Surgeons, Anaesthesia, Nursing & Clinical teams
* Optimize manpower, resources, inventory & OT productivity
* Build and lead high-performing OT teams
* Drive continuous improvement across OT operations
Location: Visakhapatnam | MGM Seven-Hills Hospitals
Ideal Profile:
B.Sc Nursing / GNM with 10+ years of relevant OT experience, preferably from a reputed multi-specialty hospital.
