Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Office Leasing Manager to drive leasing transactions for Grade A commercial office spaces. The role involves business development, client acquisition, occupier representation, landlord engagement, and end-to-end lease closures while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Generate office leasing mandates from developers, landlords, and corporate clients.
- Build relationships with MNCs, GCCs, IPCs, brokers, and channel partners.
- Manage end-to-end leasing transactions, from requirement analysis to lease execution.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and commercial negotiations.
- Work on Built-to-Suit (BTS) requirements and alternate asset opportunities.
- Track market trends, maintain office inventory, and provide advisory support.
- Maintain CRM, leasing pipeline, and revenue reports.
Requirements- 8–10 years of experience in Commercial Office Leasing.
- Strong network with corporate occupiers, developers, landlords, and brokers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of commercial leasing documentation and market dynamics.
- MBA (Marketing/Real Estate) preferred.
