Retail Leasing Manager
Location: Pune
Experience: 5–10 Years
Reporting To: Business Head
Role Overview
Responsible for leasing high-street retail spaces and malls by acquiring retail brands, managing landlord relationships, negotiating deals, and driving closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with national & international retail brands.
- Identify retailer expansion requirements and suitable properties.
- Generate leasing mandates and maintain a strong deal pipeline.
- Conduct site visits and present suitable retail options.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close leasing transactions.
- Coordinate LOI, documentation, legal process, and handover.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers and landlords.
- Track market trends, rentals, vacancies, and upcoming developments.
- Maintain CRM, MIS, and leasing pipeline reports.

Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in Retail Leasing / Commercial Real Estate / Retail Expansion.
- Strong experience in High Street & Mall Leasing.
- Good network with national retail brands.
- Strong negotiation, communication, networking, and commercial skills.
- Good knowledge of Pune retail markets and catchment areas.
- Graduate; MBA/Real Estate qualification preferred.
