OFC Site In-Charge – Railway Project
Salary:- 20,000-30,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise OFC laying, jointing, splicing, testing, and commissioning at railway project sites.
- Manage site manpower, materials, contractors, and daily project activities.
- Coordinate with railway authorities and project teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure work quality, safety standards, and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Resolve site issues and support timely project completion.
Required: Experience in OFC/Telecom projects, preferably Railway/Indian Railways projects, with knowledge of OTDR testing, fiber splicing, cable laying, and site supervision.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in OFC/Telecom infrastructure projects, preferably Railway projects.
- Good knowledge of OFC laying, splicing, jointing, OTDR testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to manage site manpower and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of site documentation, measurements, and progress reporting.
- Willingness to work at railway project sites and travel as required.
Preferred: Experience with Indian Railways / railway telecom / OFC infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
