We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can take a messy real-world problem, break it down from first principles, and ship a clean solution on a consumer mobile app. You will own features end to end, from discovery to launch to iteration. You will work directly with the founders, so your decisions will ship fast and matter a lot.
What You Will Do:
• Own the full product cycle. Research, define, spec, build, launch and improve features on the app.
• Solve, not just document. Turn ambiguous user and business problems into sharp, practical solutions. We value thinking over templates.
• Build from zero. Take new ideas from a blank page to a live feature that users love and that moves our metrics.
• Ship AI-first features. Design product experiences powered by LLMs and ML, such as policy parsing, coverage gap analysis, personalisation and smart automation. Not just a chatbot bolted on the side.
• Lead and grow people. Guide a small pod of PMs or APMs, and run cross-functional squads of engineers, designers and QA.
• Talk to users. Sit with real customers, read support tickets, watch session recordings, and let evidence drive your roadmap.
• Own your numbers. Define success metrics, track activation, retention and engagement, and be honest when something is not working.
Must-Haves:
• 6+ years of product management experience, with clear ownership of outcomes.
• 2 to 3 years on a B2C mobile app with real scale. You understand app store cycles, push notifications, deep links, app performance and mobile-first design.
• Strong solutioning skills. You can walk us through a problem you cracked, the options you weighed, and why you picked your approach.
• 0 to 1 experience. You have built at least one product or major feature from scratch and taken it live.
• 1+ year of team leadership. You have managed or mentored PMs, or formally led a product pod.
• Real AI experience. You have shipped features using LLMs, ML models or AI pipelines in production. You understand prompts, evals, model limits, latency and cost trade-offs. A demo chatbot does not count.
Good to Have:
• Experience in fintech, insurance or another regulated space.
• Comfort with data tools like SQL, Mixpanel or CleverTap.
• You use AI tools daily in your own workflow and can prototype with them.
• Startup experience where you wore many hats and moved fast.
