We are looking for an AI-Native Product Builder—someone who can transform ideas into working products rapidly using modern AI tools and low-code technologies. This role is ideal for a highly execution-focused individual who enjoys building rather than merely planning.
Role Overview
As an AI-Native Product Builder, you will take product ideas from concept to a functional MVP with minimal supervision. You will leverage AI-powered development tools to rapidly design, prototype, validate, and iterate products before collaborating with software engineers for production-ready implementation.
You will own the journey from idea → prototype → validation → iteration, ensuring that new product concepts reach users quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Convert business problems and product ideas into functional MVPs and prototypes.
Use AI-assisted development platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Windsurf, Bolt.new, and similar tools to accelerate product development.
Design intuitive user experiences and build interfaces that are user-friendly and functional.
Develop basic backend logic, workflows, databases, APIs, automations, and integrations wherever feasible.
Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate based on user feedback.
Validate assumptions through experimentation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering teams for productionisation, scalability, security, performance optimisation, and deployment.
Work closely with founders, stakeholders, designers, and users to translate ideas into working solutions.
Stay updated with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices that improve development speed and product quality.
Document product flows, AI workflows, and implementation approaches where necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Equivalent practical experience with an exceptional portfolio will also be considered.
Experience
2–6 years of experience in Product Development, Software Development, AI-assisted Development, or Startup Product Building.
Demonstrated experience building MVPs or shipping digital products from scratch.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency with AI coding and productivity tools including:
ChatGPT
Claude
Cursor
Lovable
Replit
Windsurf
Bolt.new
GitHub Copilot (preferred)
Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms.
Understanding of databases, APIs, backend workflows, authentication, and integrations.
Ability to build functional applications without waiting for full engineering support.
Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar technologies is desirable.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment processes is an advantage.

What We Are NOT Looking For
This role is not suited for a traditional Product Manager whose primary responsibilities include:
Writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
Managing roadmaps
Coordinating developers
Tracking delivery timelines without actively building products
