Responsibilities
The NECS Entrée Trainer is a contract, on-site role based in Noida, focused on training team members on NECS Entrée systems and processes used for accounting and financial operations. Typical responsibilities include conducting structured training sessions, preparing training materials and guides, and organizing hands-on workshops to build proficiency in NECS Entrée workflows. The role involves closely monitoring learner performance, providing feedback and coaching, and collaborating with team leaders to identify skill gaps and refine training content. The trainer will also document procedures, update training modules as system or regulatory requirements evolve, and support new hires during their onboarding to ensure consistent adoption of best practices.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in NECS Entrée or similar accounting/ERP platforms, with the ability to explain system concepts clearly and practically.
Experience in training, facilitation, or teaching, including creating training materials, presentations, and step-by-step process documentation.
Solid understanding of accounting and financial operations, preferably in an offshore or U.S.-focused accounting services environment.
Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to engage diverse learning styles.
Proficiency with basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) to support training and reporting activities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and consistency in following procedures.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing client or system requirements.
