Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a combination of on-site teaching and some work-from-home flexibility. The NAATI CCL Trainer for Urdu, Gujarati, and other Indian languages will design and deliver structured NAATI CCL preparation classes, focusing on bilingual communication skills and exam strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing lesson plans and training materials, conducting live and online sessions, assessing student performance, and providing feedback to help candidates improve their test readiness. The trainer will collaborate with academic coordinators to align course content with NAATI CCL requirements, adapt teaching methods for diverse learner needs, and contribute to ongoing curriculum enhancement. The role also involves supporting student queries, maintaining accurate progress records, and participating in workshops or webinars that promote EnglishWise Global’s language and test preparation programs.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English and at least one target language (such as Urdu, Gujarati, or other Indian languages), with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.
- Experience teaching language or test-preparation courses (preferably NAATI CCL, PTE, IELTS, or similar), including lesson planning, classroom delivery, and learner assessment.
- Familiarity with NAATI CCL exam format, standards, and marking criteria, and the ability to train students in role-plays, note-taking, and interpreting techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse student groups and manage both in-person and online classes effectively.
- Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms (e.g., video conferencing, LMS, online content sharing) to deliver hybrid and remote learning experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in languages, education, linguistics, translation, or a related field; formal teaching or training certification is an advantage.
- Previous NAATI CCL accreditation or significant experience preparing candidates for NAATI C
