We are hiring for the following positions:
1. Customer Service Executive
Department: Customer Experience / Customer Support
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through email, chat and other communication channels
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Handle international customers with professionalism
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in international customer service will be an advantage
2. E-commerce Listing Manager
Department: E-commerce Operations
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage product listings across multiple international marketplaces
• Monitor product titles, descriptions, images, pricing and attributes
• Ensure listing accuracy, quality and marketplace compliance
• Manage and coordinate the listing team
• Track listing performance and resolve listing-related issues
Requirements:
• Experience in e-commerce product listing and marketplace management
• Strong attention to detail
• Team management and coordination skills
• Knowledge of international marketplaces preferred
3. Graphic Designer
Department: Creative / Design
Key Responsibilities:
• Create product creatives, banners, social media graphics and marketing materials
• Develop visually engaging designs for e-commerce and digital campaigns
• Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams
• Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools
• Creative mindset with strong visual communication skills
• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing design is preferred
4. Social Media Manager
Department: Digital Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies
• Manage social media calendars and campaigns
• Plan content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
• Monitor engagement, reach and campaign performance
• Coordinate with the design and content teams
• Build and maintain a strong digital brand presence
Requirements:
• Experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics
• Excellent communication and content-planning skills
• Creative and result-oriented approach
5. Social Media Executive
Department: Digital Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and publish daily social media content
• Manage social media pages and audience engagement
• Assist with content calendars and campaigns
• Monitor comments, messages and online interactions
• Research trends, hashtags and relevant content ideas
• Support the Social Media Manager in campaign execution
Requirements:
• Good understanding of major social media platforms
• Strong written communication skills
• Creative approach to content creation
• Freshers with relevant skills may also apply
6. Account Manager – E-commerce
Department: E-commerce / Client Management
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with international e-commerce clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Coordinate with listing, customer service, design and operations teams
• Monitor account performance and client requirements
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to clients
• Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvement
Requirements:
• Experience in account management, e-commerce or client servicing
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with international clients/e-commerce operations is preferred
