Role Description The Accommodation Expert internship role is an on-site position based in Noida. Interns will assist students with identifying and evaluating suitable accommodation options near their chosen institutions abroad, including comparing costs, locations, and facilities. The role involves communicating with students and accommodation providers, maintaining accurate records of housing options, and updating internal databases and resources. Interns will help create clear guidance materials, respond to student queries, and coordinate with other teams such as admissions and student support to ensure a smooth relocation experience. This internship offers exposure to international education services and student housing ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, families, and housing providers.
- Organizational and coordination abilities, including attention to detail in maintaining databases and documentation.
- Basic research and analysis skills to compare accommodation options on cost, safety, accessibility, and amenities.
- Comfort with using digital tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms for data entry and information management.
- Customer-service orientation and problem-solving mindset to address student housing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in international education, student mobility, or counseling; prior exposure to study-abroad processes is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; backgrounds in education, management, or social sciences are preferred but not mandatory.
