The Multimedia Production Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multimedia content production, including photo and video shoots, product showcases, social media content, and brand storytelling assets. The Multimedia Production Executive will manage production schedules, marketers, and external vendors, and ensure content aligns with IRA’s brand voice and visual identity. Daily tasks include organizing resources and locations, overseeing quality and consistency of visual output, coordinating communication between teams, and monitoring timelines and budgets for multimedia projects. The role also involves proactively identifying content opportunities, maintaining production documentation, and supporting continuous improvement of production workflows.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to organize and oversee end-to-end multimedia projects.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and creative partners.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to review and ensure that all multimedia assets meet brand, technical, and aesthetic standards.
- Candidates with domain knowledge such as Food Technology or related technical backgrounds are welcome, especially if they bring structured process thinking and an understanding of product-focused storytelling.
- Relevant experience in multimedia production, content creation, or studio management, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proficiency with basic production tools and workflows (e.g., coordination of shoots, asset management, familiarity with editing or post-production processes).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in media, communication, production, design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Basic Requirement -
Professional camera with suitable lenses.
Cinematography -
- Strong understanding of camera settings: ISO, shutter speed, aperture, and white balance.
- Good knowledge of composition and framing.
- Experience with camera movements using handheld, gimbal, tripod, etc.
- Understanding of colour temperature and lighting.
- Ability to create visual mood boards and tell stories through lighting.
- Strong on-set problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to contribute creative ideas and inputs during shoots.
Photography -
- Experience in product, portrait, and lifestyle photography.
- Knowledge of outdoor and artificial/indoor lighting.
- Basic photo retouching and image enhancement skills.
Video Editing -
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is an added advantage.
- Understanding of transitions, continuity, and visual flow.
- Good understanding of music and sound selection.
- Basic sound design and audio mixing.
- Knowledge of colour correction and basic colour grading, including skin-tone correction.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and text animation.
- Understanding of different aspect ratios: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc.
