Job Description – Sales & Marketing Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Engineer to strengthen our sales team and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
- Promote and sell company products and solutions to customers.
- Meet potential clients and understand their technical requirements.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Generate inquiries, quotations, and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field) OR Any Degree with relevant sales experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, or Sales Engineering.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
