Role Description The Motor Claim Assessor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves evaluating motor insurance claims, reviewing vehicle damage reports, and verifying supporting documentation to determine claim validity and appropriate resolutions. The Motor Claim Assessor will collaborate with internal teams, repair workshops, and insurance partners to ensure accurate assessments and timely claim processing. Daily responsibilities include analyzing claim details, documenting findings in line with company standards, and communicating clear decisions and recommendations. The role also requires adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality benchmarks while providing a consistent, fair, and efficient claims experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Claims Management and Claims Handling skills, with experience managing end-to-end motor insurance claims.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess damage, interpret reports, and make data-driven decisions on claim outcomes.
- Candidates should possess Insurance Claims knowledge, including familiarity with motor policy coverage, industry practices, and basic regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain decisions clearly to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Relevant experience in motor insurance, vehicle inspection, or auto repair estimation is highly beneficial.
- Attention to detail, integrity in decision-making, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are important.
- A diploma or degree in commerce, business, insurance, automobile engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with using digital tools and learning AI-driven assessment platforms will be advantageous.
