Company Description Anudip Foundation, founded in 2007, is a professionally managed Section 8 not-for-profit Indian company registered under the Companies Act, 2013. As a partner organization of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Union Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Anudip focuses on creating digital livelihoods at scale for youth from disadvantaged communities across India. Using innovative technologies, the organization delivers high-quality skilling through diploma and certificate programs in urban, peri-urban, and remote rural locations. Role Description The Mobiliser role in Baramula (Sopore), J&K, is a full-time on-site position focused on community outreach and learner enrollment for Anudip’s training programs. The Mobiliser will engage with local communities, educational institutions, and partner organizations to identify prospective learners, explain course offerings, and encourage participation in skilling initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing awareness campaigns, conducting field visits, coordinating mobilization events, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities and enrollments. The role also involves collaborating closely with training center staff to ensure smooth onboarding of learners and providing regular updates and reports to supervisors. The Mobiliser is expected to represent Anudip professionally in the community and support continuous improvement of mobilization strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse community stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct outreach, field visits, and awareness sessions in local communities, including rural and semi-urban areas.
- Basic proficiency in documentation, data entry, and reporting using digital tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets).
- Fluency in local languages of Jammu & Kashmir and good command of English and Hindi for interaction and reporting.
- Knowledge of local socio-economic conditions, youth skilling needs, and community dynamics in Baramula and surrounding areas.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; a background in social work, development, or education is an advantage.
- Prior experience in mobilization, community outreach, NGO work, or skill development projects is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet enrollment targets, and coordinate effectively with training center teams.
