Role Description
Good Universe is looking for a passionate and people-oriented Facilitator to join our team in Hyderabad. If you enjoy working with young people, starting meaningful conversations, and bringing learning to life, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll do:
• Conduct engaging school- and community-based sessions
• Facilitate activities, discussions, and learning sessions with adolescents
• Work closely with schools, communities, and our programme team
• Travel to programme locations within and outside Hyderabad
• Support the implementation of our programmes on the ground
• Manage data, reporting, and monitoring processes for your assigned projects
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Background in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred
• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel
• Prior experience in facilitation, teaching, community engagement, or social impact is preferred
