Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Candidates should possess event and MICE management skills, including experience in planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Candidates should possess relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships and deliver high levels of client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present proposals and concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess organizational and project management skills, with capability in time management, attention to detail, and handling multiple concurrent projects.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with the education sector or institutional environments, along with an understanding of event-related compliance, contracts, and budgeting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in MICE sales or corporate event sales.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Hyderabad, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using CRM and standard office software tools to track and report on sales activities.
