About The Opportunity
A dynamic player in the Travel & Hospitality sector, we specialize in designing and executing high-impact MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) experiences across India. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MICE operations across pan-India markets—orchestrating venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site execution for 50+ annual events.
- Act as primary liaison between corporate clients and internal teams to translate event briefs into flawlessly executed programs aligned with ROI and brand objectives.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with hotels, AV vendors, transport providers, and DMCs to ensure premium service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Implement scalable workflows and SOPs to standardize event delivery, reduce execution risk, and drive client retention through exceptional CX.
- Monitor event P&Ls, deliver post-event ROI reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase EBITDA margins by 15–20% annually.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of MICE coordinators, logistics managers, and client success specialists across 3+ regional hubs.
