Position Summary: The General Manager will have end-to-end responsibility for the outlet’s business performance, including operations, revenue, profitability, people, guest experience and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales, revenue growth and outlet profitability, with complete P&L ownership.
• Lead and oversee day-to-day F&B, bar and service operations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of 10 Downing Street service and brand standards.
• Manage food & beverage costs, inventory, wastage and operating expenses.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training and performance management.
• Drive business through events, corporate sales, local partnerships, dine-in and delivery channels.
• Work closely with the central marketing team to execute campaigns, events and local activations.
• Monitor guest feedback, online ratings and customer retention, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, statutory compliance, hygiene, safety and internal controls.
• Review business performance regularly and implement data-driven corrective and growth initiatives.
