Role Description The Medical Representative role at Menkind is a full-time, on-site position based in Mau. The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting Menkind’s treatment programs and services to healthcare professionals and relevant partners, building strong relationships and supporting the growth of the brand. Daily tasks include conducting sales visits, presenting medical information about Menkind’s treatments, answering product-related questions, and ensuring accurate follow-up and documentation. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to share market feedback, supporting customer education initiatives, and maintaining a high standard of ethical and compliant promotion. The Medical Representative is expected to deliver compassionate, informed support while upholding Menkind’s commitment to accessible and personalized men’s healthcare.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to explain treatments clearly, respond to inquiries, and provide a positive experience.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand Menkind’s treatment protocols and discuss them accurately.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, ideally focused on men’s health or related therapeutic areas, is beneficial.
- A degree or diploma in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with ethical and regulatory standards in medical promotion.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently on-site in Mau, and proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM systems are advantageous.
