Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, or similar) and mobile OS ecosystems (iOS, Android, Windows).
- Strong skills in device configuration, policy management, application deployment, and security/compliance enforcement within an MDM environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues for mobile and endpoint devices.
- Understanding of IT security principles, identity and access management, and data protection practices related to endpoints and mobility.
- Ability to document procedures, create user guides, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT support and security.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA) and hands-on experience in enterprise IT or endpoint management are highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
