An upcoming legal advisory service will support clients during AAT cases, ensuring compliance with Commonwealth laws and Australian Government regulations. 1. Student and Learning Management Systems (SMS & LMS)
• Create and update course units and student data in the SMS and LMS.
• Manage system access, user permissions, and account setup for staff and students.
• Support users in resolving technical or software-related issues.
• Compile, review, and process student enrolment and progression data.
• Ensure smooth integration and data accuracy across both systems.
2. Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Support
• Assist in creating and mapping LLN samples and resources.
• Support LLN data collection, student assessments, and training program delivery.
3. Learning Resource and Library Support
• Assist with managing library materials and digital learning resources.
• Support circulation, record-keeping, and feedback surveys.
• Help develop newsletters and conduct basic training sessions for staff and students.
4. Audit and Compliance Support
• Collect, analyse, and organise data and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Support compliance checks against college policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
5. Administrative Assistance
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and training materials.
• Assist senior staff with administrative and research-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong data management and MS Office/Google Workspace skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
