📌 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive business growth, strengthen our market presence, generate new business opportunities, and develop strategic relationships with customers across the logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain sectors.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company business objectives.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in 3PL, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and supply chain solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, networking, digital channels, industry events, references, and other business development activities.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the operations and commercial teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present company profiles, service proposals, presentations, and commercial proposals to prospective customers.
- Manage the complete lead-to-conversion process and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for RFQs, quotations, commercial discussions, solution design, and customer negotiations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely closure of business opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships and networking opportunities to expand the company's market reach.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Track marketing and business development performance through MIS, lead trackers, conversion reports, and KPIs.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events.
- Work closely with management to identify new markets, services, and growth opportunities.

Candidates with strong experience in B2B marketing and business development, preferably from the 3PL, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain industry, with a proven ability to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and convert opportunities into business are encouraged to apply.
