We Are Hiring: Marketing Executive
ZOA, Jodhpur is looking for a creative, analytical and result-oriented Marketing Executive to manage the brand’s complete marketing function and drive measurable growth in visibility, reservations, events and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media, content calendars and online community engagement
- Plan Reels, Stories, campaigns, captions and creative concepts
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, influencers and agencies
- Maintain consistency in ZOA’s branding, visuals, typography and communication
- Plan and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Support SEO, Google Business Profile, website and Google Maps visibility
- Execute CRM, WhatsApp, email and customer-retention campaigns
- Promote private dining, celebrations, events, corporate gatherings and weekday business
- Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships and online reputation
- Track enquiries, reservations, advertising performance and campaign-attributed revenue
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of social media, content creation and brand communication
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, GA4 and conversion tracking
- Good copywriting, communication and coordination skills
- Ability to combine creativity with data and business results
- Hospitality, restaurant, luxury or lifestyle-brand experience preferred
