Job Title: Brand Marketing Executive
Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad.
Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Employment mode: Full-time, onsite

CultureX is an influencer marketing tech platform empowering modern brands and agencies to discover, scale, and measure high-performing creator campaigns. We are looking for a Brand Marketing Executive to shape our voice, elevate our market presence, and establish CultureX as the go-to SaaS platform for creator economy marketers.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Brand Campaign Execution: Plan and launch multi-channel brand campaigns that build top-of-funnel awareness and drive brand affinity among ICP.
2. Content & Narrative: Craft compelling storytelling across digital channels, including thought-leadership articles, industry reports, customer success stories, and campaign breakdowns.
3. Social & Community Presence: Own CultureX’s organic presence on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, cultivating an active community of enterprise brand marketers and agency partners.
4. Co-Marketing & Partnerships: Collaborate with industry partners, creators, and event organizers to produce co-branded webinars, podcasts, and digital events.
5. Brand Stewardship: Maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual and tonal consistency across external marketing collateral, product launches, and sales materials.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor brand metrics, including share of voice, website traffic, engagement rates, and brand search volume, to measure and refine campaign performance.
Ideal profile:
1. Experience: 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, MarTech, or the creator/influencer ecosystem.
2. Storytelling Edge: Exceptional copywriting skills with a knack for translating complex tech capabilities into engaging, human-centric narratives.
3. Industry Pulse: Deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, creator platforms, and B2B buyer behavior.
4. Technical Toolkit: Proficiency with content planning and management tools and basic design software (Canva, Figma). Knowing a design and video editing tool is a plus.
