How you will contribute:
- You will be responsible for identifying the training needs (behavioural and technical of our organization and ensure alignment with our strategic goals
- Collaborating with department heads to understand their specific training requirements and develop tailored programs
- Identifying and engage top-tier consultants for middle management and leadership training, secure cost-effective training solutions
- Creating and distributing engaging training invites, ensuring participation and engagement of employees in learning and development activities;
- Ensuring successful execution of training programs, overseeing logistics and content delivery
- Overseeing the execution of training programs to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
- Designing assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement
- Coordinate and facilitate departmental induction sessions in partnership with functional leaders to ensure new employees understand team structures, roles, processes, systems, and expectations
- Continuously enhance the onboarding experience through feedback and learning analytics.
- Develop and implement knowledge-sharing frameworks across the organisation.
- Maintain learning repositories, best practices, playbooks, and knowledge assets to ensure organisational knowledge is captured and accessible
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional teams to identify capability priorities.
- Track learning KPIs, compliance, certifications, and capability development metrics.
Ideal skills for this role include:
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in learning and development.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training management software.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in training and development.
- Negotiation and vendor management skills.
