IIBS is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead student admissions, marketing, and lead-generation initiatives across Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Admission Management
- Develop and execute admission strategies to achieve student enrollment targets.
- Monitor inquiries, applications, counseling, conversions and enrollments.
- Guide and coordinate admission counselors to improve lead conversion.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students through calls, email, WhatsApp and CRM.
- Maintain accurate admission records, reports and enrollment data.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute digital and offline admission marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media, website promotions, SEO, email marketing and paid advertising.
- Develop promotional content including brochures, presentations, banners and videos.
- Track campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across communication channels.
- Explore new markets, partnerships and student recruitment opportunities.
Performance & Business Development
- Analyze lead generation, conversion and enrollment performance.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants and other stakeholders.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to management.
👤 Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–5 years in Marketing / Admissions / Student Recruitment.
- Experience in higher education is preferred.
- Strong communication, counseling and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
- Target-oriented, proactive and capable of working independently.
💰 Compensation
₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Bengaluru / South India Territory
