Role Description The Machine Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The role involves operating and monitoring machinery, performing routine equipment checks, and supporting production activities to ensure smooth and safe operations. The Machine Technician will carry out preventive maintenance tasks, diagnose mechanical issues, and execute repairs or adjustments in coordination with senior technicians or engineers. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate maintenance records, following safety and quality standards, and reporting equipment performance issues promptly. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure reliable and efficient machine performance, machine calliberation,settings training to customer , machine errection and comissioning at customer place.
- Hands-on experience in Machine Operation and working with various types of industrial Machinery.
- Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting of mechanical and basic electrical issues in production equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, quality standards, and best practices in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of documentation and reporting for maintenance activities and equipment logs.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, collaborate with diverse teams, and support shift-based or extended hours when required.
