Role Description The Logistics Project Manager at Tridasha Infra oversees end-to-end logistics planning and execution for real estate projects in Secunderābād. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for coordinating material deliveries, managing vendor relationships, and aligning logistics schedules with construction milestones. The role includes tracking inventory, optimizing transport routes, monitoring costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Logistics Project Manager collaborates with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to resolve bottlenecks, maintain accurate documentation, and support timely project completion. Regular reporting, risk assessment, and process improvement initiatives are key components of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Logistics Management skills to plan, coordinate, and control site logistics activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting and Analytical Skills to manage costs, forecast requirements, and interpret data for decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients and to prepare clear reports and updates.
- Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate logistics is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Secunderābād, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to dynamic project conditions.
- Proficiency with project management and logistics software tools is an advantage.
