Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Odisha. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality and safety standards. The role involves managing vendor relationships, supervising expediting activities, and monitoring logistics to ensure materials and equipment reach the site on time. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, tracking progress against milestones, resolving operational issues, and communicating with clients and internal teams on project status. The Project Manager will also prepare reports, manage budgets, and support continuous improvement in project processes.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and coordination (Project Management).
- Experience in expediting activities and vendor coordination to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services (Expeditor, Expediting).
- Proficiency in inspection processes, quality checks, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards (Inspection).
- Knowledge of logistics management, inventory tracking, and supply chain coordination for construction projects (Logistics Management).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in a project management or site coordination role.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and make decisions under time constraints.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with project management and productivity software.
