Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production planning and execution for live events.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and production partners.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, venue, and operational standards.
- Identify operational risks and implement effective contingency plans.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery of all production milestones.
- Resolve on-site production challenges to ensure seamless event execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare post-event reports and recommend process improvements.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous process optimization.
Required skills
- 5–8 years of experience in live production and event operations.
- Proven experience managing large-scale live events.
- Strong production planning and execution.
- Project and stakeholder management.
- Leadership and team coordination.
- Knowledge of AV, staging, and live production.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficiency in production management tools.
- Flexibility to travel and work extended hours.
