At Propsoch, we’re building a buyer-first real estate advisory brand that helps people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives—with the right expertise, data and guidance.
As we expand in Mumbai, we’re looking for a Market Expert to lead our Mumbai Transactions team and help shape how homebuying advisory is delivered in the city.
What you’ll own:
- Lead the team: Hire, coach and develop Market Experts, setting high standards for advice and customer experience.
- Know the market: Evaluate projects, understand Mumbai’s micromarkets and build strong developer relationships.
- Advise HNI buyers: Guide customers from property shortlisting to due diligence, pricing and final negotiations.
- Think beyond the transaction: Assess investment potential, infrastructure growth, rental yields and appreciation drivers to help buyers make informed decisions.
Who we’re looking for:
- 7–8 years of experience in Mumbai’s residential real estate market, with strong micromarket knowledge.
- Experience with a leading real estate advisory/consulting firm or a developer.
- A track record of leading teams and building strong customer relationships.
- An investment-oriented mindset and a genuine belief in customer-first advisory over pushy sales.
- The ownership and growth mindset to build in a fast-moving startup environment.
