We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation / Demand Generation Leader for one of our clients. This role is ideal for a strategic sales development professional who can drive pipeline growth, lead global SDR teams, and optimize demand generation initiatives.

🕒 Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
- 10+ years in Lead Generation / Demand Generation.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience managing 10–20 SDRs.
- Strong experience in US & EMEA markets.
- Comfortable working 6 PM–3 AM IST.
- Experience in inbound lead qualification and lead nurturing.
- Proven track record in pipeline, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and reporting.
- Experience building/scaling offshore Demand Generation or Inside Sales teams preferred.
