Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation role based in Bengaluru. The Lead Generation professional will identify and qualify new leads through online research, outbound outreach, and engagement across relevant channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, building and maintaining lead databases, initiating contact with prospects, and coordinating with the sales team to move qualified leads through the pipeline. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, updating CRM tools, and collaborating with marketing and sales to refine lead-generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads for EdTech and training solutions.
- Candidates should possess strong Market Research skills to analyze target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including basic negotiation, objection handling, and pipeline nurturing.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, preferably in EdTech or services, is an advantage.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research platforms, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
