Urban Frame is looking for “Lead - Finance “ to be a part of our dynamic studio
Experience – 08 - 10 Years
Location – Bangalore
Role & Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Budgeting
• Prepare and track annual budgets and financial forecasts for the firm
• Work with architects, project managers and leadership towards billing target achievement
• Provide financial insights for decision-making
• Risk Management
Billing & Revenue Management
• Prepare client invoices based on project milestones or time sheets
• Ensure accurate and timely billing
• Follow up on receivables and manage cash flow
• Cost Control & Expense Management
• Monitor operational and project-related expenses
• Identify cost overruns and suggest corrective actions
• Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Generate project-wise financial reports for management
• Analyze key metrics like profitability, utilization rates, and overhead ratios
• Compliance & Taxation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations
• Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes
• Coordinate audits and maintain proper financial records
• Cash Flow Management
• Monitor cash flow
• Plan for short-term and long-term liquidity
• Manage payments to vendors and consultants
Skills & Qualification :
• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in finance

• Proven experience in financial planning and management.
• Expertise in Accounting software such as Tally
• Strong understanding of project accounting
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction/ architecture industry billing models will be an advantage
• Attention to detail and compliance awareness
