We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer – ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow HAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITAM applications to meet business requirements.
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and scheduled jobs.
- Configure hardware asset lifecycle processes, including procurement, receiving, deployment, transfers, maintenance, and retirement.
- Integrate HAM with CMDB, Discovery, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Active Directory, and third-party systems.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Ensure accurate asset inventory, reconciliation, normalization, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements.
- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules.
- Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Catalog Items, and Record Producers.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Good understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management and Configuration Management.
- Experience with MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portal.
- Exposure to Virtual Agent and Automation Engine.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) certification is preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
- Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow HAM implementations and enterprise integrations.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
