Role Purpose
The Brand Manager drives day-to-day execution of ORRA’s brand plans. Reporting to the Head of Brand/Marketing, this role turns brand strategy into flawlessly executed campaigns, launches and content – coordinating agencies, internal teams and retail touchpoints to ensure every expression of ORRA is on-brand, on-time and effective.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign execution
•
Execute brand campaigns across ATL, digital, social, print, OOH and retail – from brief to launch to post-campaign review.
•
Manage day-to-day agency coordination: briefs, timelines, feedback, approvals and delivery of creative assets.
•
Adapt and roll out campaign assets across regions, formats and languages, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
•
Support regional festival and bridal campaigns (Gudi Padwa, Akshaya Tritiya, Onam, Durga Puja, Karva Chauth), working with Regional Marketing Managers on adaptation for local markets and store catchments.
•
Coordinate execution of loyalty and referral programme communication across CRM, in-store and digital channels; track enrolment, redemption and referral metrics.
Content and touchpoints
•
Maintain the master brand campaign calendar; supply campaign assets, key visuals and brand guidelines to the Social & PR, Performance Marketing and Regional Marketing teams.
•
Support collection launches, store launches, events and exhibitions with campaign and communication support.
•
Work with the visual merchandising team on in-store branding, signage and campaign visibility.
Brand Manager
Insight and reporting
•
Track campaign performance and brand health data; prepare regular reports and post-campaign analyses.
•
Monitor competitors, category trends and consumer behaviour in the jewellery and luxury space, sharing actionable insights.
Operations and budget
•
Maintain campaign trackers, budget utilisation records; ensure spends stay within approved budgets.
•
Manage the brand asset library and ensure guideline-compliant usage across internal teams and partners.
Candidate Profile
•
2–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing or advertising – client side or a strong agency background.
•
Exposure to jewellery, luxury, beauty, fashion or premium retail categories is an advantage.
•
Hands-on experience coordinating campaigns and creative agencies.
•
Strong project management and attention to detail; able to run multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel.
•
Good grasp of digital and social media marketing alongside traditional media.
•
MBA or degree in marketing/mass communication preferred.
