About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver age-appropriate, interactive lessons aligned with CBSE pre-primary curriculum for children aged 3–6 years.
- Create engaging classroom activities using songs, stories, art, and motor skill exercises to foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and routine-based learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents via daily updates, progress notes, and parent-teacher meetings to support holistic child development.
- Collaborate with senior teachers and coordinators to plan theme-based units, assessments, and classroom events.
- Observe and document student behavior, milestones, and learning patterns to tailor instruction and support individual needs.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- B.Ed (Pre-Primary) or D.El.Ed with focus on Early Childhood Education
- CBSE curriculum knowledge for Nursery, LKG, UKG
- Classroom management techniques for young learners
- Basic child psychology and developmental milestones
- Activity-based teaching methodology
- Fluent in Hindi and English (written & spoken)
Preferred
- Experience with Montessori or playway methods
- Familiarity with digital teaching aids (smartboards, educational apps)
- Training in first aid or child safety protocols
