Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Executive to support our digital advertising and lead generation activities. The role involves creating, managing, and optimising Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns while working closely with our content and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Set up and optimise Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Generate high quality leads through paid advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Create ad copies and coordinate with designers for creatives.
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel.
- Analyse campaign data and suggest improvements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the content and website team for landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising platform features and best practices.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and experiment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Google Ads or Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
